01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the okjl33 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the okjl33 registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.

okjl33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the okjl33 Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 02 Eligibility

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okjl33 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets on okjl33.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money games on okjl33, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on okjl33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If okjl33 discovers that a player holds more than one account, okjl33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okjl33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. okjl33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your okjl33 account, you must notify our support team immediately.

okjl33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Deposits & Payments

okjl33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at okjl33's discretion.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. okjl33 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered to the account holder, okjl33 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

• The minimum deposit amount on okjl33 is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your okjl33 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• okjl33 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• okjl33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• All transactions on okjl33 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

okjl33 employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect all financial transactions on the Platform. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your own device and network connection are secure when conducting transactions.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on okjl33 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your okjl33 account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes completion of identity verification (KYC) and payment method verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• okjl33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if okjl33 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

okjl33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by okjl33 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable across all okjl33 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• okjl33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your okjl33 account balance automatically.
• okjl33 reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the okjl33 Platform – including Dragon and Tiger, Charge Buffalo, Ganesh Gold, Joker Poker, Monster Hi-Lo, Cricket, and Keno – are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game on okjl33, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Game outcomes on okjl33 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer results in the case of live casino games. These systems are designed to produce fair, unbiased, and unpredictable outcomes. okjl33 does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of the house beyond the stated house edge disclosed in each game's paytable.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, okjl33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. okjl33 will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical error that cannot be verified by our system logs.

All bets placed on okjl33 are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to verify your bet details before confirming any wager on okjl33.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okjl33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on okjl33, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the okjl33 Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the okjl33 Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the okjl33 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the okjl33 Platform's software or security systems.
• Accessing the okjl33 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your okjl33 account by any third party, including minors.

09 Responsible Gaming

okjl33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okjl33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of okjl33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okjl33 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the okjl33 Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the okjl33 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any okjl33 content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the okjl33 Platform.

Any unauthorized use of okjl33's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okjl33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okjl33 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the okjl33 Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content displayed on the okjl33 Platform.

okjl33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

okjl33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on okjl33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okjl33 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

okjl33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against okjl33.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Conduct that okjl33 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your okjl33 account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to okjl33.

You may also request voluntary closure of your okjl33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okjl33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okjl33 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the okjl33 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okjl33 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact okjl33's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okjl33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 14 business days of receiving written notice from the player.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or seek resolution through the Philippine court system.
